Please note that you may be charged for local import duties and/or customs charges on the arrival of your order.
This now applies to both EU and non-EU deliveries, and it is completely beyond our control.

Due to COVID and BREXIT deliveries are currently taking longer than usual. 

United Kingdom Deliveries

All domestic orders are delivered via Royal Mail. We have chose this carrier due to the quality of their service and reliability.

We endeavour to pack all orders and dispatch them within one or two working days with the exception of the Bisila Noha x ELM RD. candles which are hand-poured to order.  Please allow up to four working days for these to be dispatched.

Our orders are delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class or Signed For services, depending on your selection at checkout. A tracking number will be provided for tracked services. 

Delivery charges are:

£3.70 for 1st Class service

£5.00 for Signed For service

International Deliveries

We can ship our products worldwide. The charge for this service is:

 

EUROPE

£10 for Royal Mail tracked service 

We have decided to no longer offer non-tracked services to Europe as this service has proven to be unreliable. 

REST OF THE WORLD

£18 for tracked service 

We use Royal Mail International for this service and below are the aimed delivery timeframes as reference (taken from the Royal Mail website):

Europe within 3-7 days

Worldwide 5-10 days

Returns

We want you to love your ELM RD. purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues you may have. If, upon receiving your parcel, there is anything you are unhappy with please contact us within fourteen (14) days from delivery at hello@elmrd.com including your order number and the reason why you don’t love it.

 

On receipt of your email, we will get it touch to discuss what happens next.

 

Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of the delivery of the return. We also don’t accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.

 

Refunds will be processed once the parcel has reached us in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, not in its original packaging in a resalable condition, will not be refunded (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
